Name: Steve Brown

On December 31, 2007 I left my job with Sprint/Embarq where I worked as a Software Engineer for 15 years at the Sprint Campus in Kansas City. In January 2008 Mary and I started Steve Brown Ministries and started traveling the United States broadcasting "Live Video" of Revivals, Bible Conferences, Mission Conferences, and other Special Services. Mary and I enjoy serving the Lord Jesus Christ and traveling to churches as we minister through SteveBrownMinistries.com. We are very pleased that our ministry is endorsed and we are sent out of our home church at Heritage Baptist Temple in Little Rock, Arkansas.

I think our biggest accomplishment today was to view "The John Bishop Story" on DVD. This has to be one of the most moving stories that I have ever heard. I guess one reason it touched our hearts so much is because we knew Bro. John Bishop before his illness.

Following is a quote from their website about the DVD:

For the 1st time on DVD, "The John Bishop Story" For our generation, Brother John Bishop exemplifies the longsuffering and faith of Job. Although he could have been overwhelmed by his trials, Job proclaimed, “The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord” (Job 1:21). Brother Bishop has endured rare and difficult health problems, yet humbly he continues to state,
“God is always good, and God is always right.”

God is so Good: "The John Bishop Story” chronicles one man’s illness and its impact on his family and ministry. This video features powerful preaching, testimonies, and interviews. Brother John and Sister Bishop’s story will encourage every viewer, especially those who are hurting.

Psalm 34:8 “O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.”
