Ripping MP3's
I spent a lot of time converting some of our CD's to MP3's this evening. I was able to put 14 of our CD's on 1 CD as MP3's. So now I can play 14 CD's in the car on 1 CD. That's nice. I like MP3.
I am using ACE MP3 Ripper from http://www.acemp3.com/

Seems I posted my MP3 comment to the wrong entry. One of these days I am going to ave to learn how to use these computer gizmo's .
Do yo find that the MP3 format has as good of sound as the native CD? If it is degraded a bit, is it very noticeable in the car? My Yamaha reviever has a sound mode to make MP3 input sound like the original CD's but I have not tried it yet.
Have you tried to record MP3 format to DVD's? You can hold a zillion MP3's on the DVD, they sound very good in the house. I don't think that I have anything to listen to that format in the car tho.
Still using the same MP3 ripper?
