Robby's First Day at Sprint

Today is Robby's first day on his new job with Sprint. His new title is "Technical Support Engineer II". Here is his first email to me and my reply.

Your title is "Tech Supt Engineer II". What does the "Supt" stand for? (Maybe it's Technical Support Engineer II). I'd say that you are an engineer for Sprint now.

I just never dreamed that a son of mine would be working for Sprint. Congratulations. I'm proud of you.
